About Rick Geller

Rick Geller, active in the community since the late 1990's, co-founded the Southern Dr. Phillips Coalition, a group of volunteers who have guided development to complement existing neighborhoods. Geller advocated the purchase of land for the newly opened Dr. Phillips Community Park, the alleviation of school overcrowding, and development design standards intended to raise property values. Geller also spearheaded a grass roots campaign raising over $2.3 million to construct the Jack and Lee Rosen JCC community center and preschool for families of all faiths.

Rick, who has practiced law as a business litigator for nearly sixteen years, is married to Gabriela Geller, M.D., a pediatrician. They have four children: Hannah, Max, Melissa, and Caroline. The family lives in the Windermere area.
